SUP .. I'M PUTTING IN 1 KICKER S15L7 15" L7 SOLO BARIC SUBWOOFER 1000 RMS , 2000 MAX POWER WATT AND WAS THINKING OF GETTING THE KICKER KX 1200.1 SUBWOOFER AMPLIFIER 1500 WATTS .. IS THIS O.K. OR WILL I BLOW ONE OR THE OTHER OUT ?

Depends on what Ohm your sub is. If you get a dual 4 ohm and wire it to 2 ohms you should be ok.
If you get a dual 2 ohm and wire it to 1 ohm you're likely to mutilate the sub.
Also, typing in caps is idiotic. You would think somebody with a C240 would atleast talk like a human being and not a complete moron.
Also, i highly doubt your C240s charging system will be able to handle that amp.
