Im looking for one new sub for my ride, not too hard into SPL but really into SQ...that being said, what is the best SQ sub out there? i have a $300-350 budget for one sub but will go higher if the benefits reap. Currently I have a MTX 801D pushing 800wrms @ 2ohms but will upgrade if needed. thankyou

JL 12w6v2 - 400 rms / $300-400

ID MAX 12 - 200-800 rms, very efficiant / $300-350

IDQ 12 - 400 rms, also efficiant / $180-200

Those whould be my top choices for you.

Go with the ID MAX D4V.3 and go sealed at 1.25 cuft net. That will give outstanding results in your case.

Im waiting on the shipment from ID to cardomain. Another 2-3 weeks left. Im going sealed also with about 600 watts.

I whould recommend 2.5 cuft tuned to 25hz if you just want all out SQ or 2.5 cuft @ 28-30hz whould work well also.

I would suggest Dayton Titanic MKIII. You could get two of them for around 400$.
