Terry, no wonder why you think that sub isn't as loud as your two 12s, look at that little amp you are using! Oh by the way, I noticed you removed the end caps off the Kicker, put the screws back in (4 corner screws) or it will rattle soon. You did a great job for a youngin, lol. Polo.. :-O

thanks

is that amp i posted a good idea?

i heard they are really powerful and effecent, not to mention that its not that big because, as you can see, i dont have much room lift on my back seat to mount it

where is crossfire exactly on the good bad ugly list?

AND I heard the crossfire is really effecent, which would be a major plus for me cuz my lights dim a little as it is even with a 160amp alt

and its rated at 1000wats and 12.5v - 1330 at 14.4 which i am getting

and its unrefined

does kicker 1200.1 have a bass knob? i like that option

MO: you used to have this amp didnt you, how did you like it?

Kicker does come with a bass knob. Most 1200.1 actually put out near the 1400. one guy on here I thought was selling his dirt cheap, but he might have already sold it.

he sold it already, i dont have the room for the KX either, its going where the BX1205 is now^^^

and the nine1 is 1200 @ 12.5v so it will be more than enough for my sub, plus its alot cheaper after discount
(315 shipped)

i think i made my decition, and i want to quit changing my mind becasus its aggrivating so as soon as i can get the money, im gettin a nine1

the V3 works great, even when im slamming the rattles arent too bad (but you can never get rid of all of it)

i used 3 gallons by the way so it got a little expensive and time consumeing, but i stand by my work

WTG...nice set up. I especially like the detailed photos...especially the one of the dust that fell like snowfall on the sub box...made me chuckle. :-)

Hope it sounds great and performs well for you.
