I'll be using it to push 2 12" W3's (maybe 3 W3's in the future)

I was thinking the 500/1 by JL would be my best bet?

ok this would save u a ton of money without sacrificing quality

http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/2424

When u have 2 u could wire it at 2ohms and when u add the 3rd u could just wire it down to 1.34 ohms, since the amp is 1 ohm stable it will be perfect..
Same company makes orion and directed

I mean I've got $400 bucks to spend on an amp, I'd like to get the best for it y'know?

So with an amp reccomendation, can I also get a sub wiring reccomendation to maximize the SQ/SPL?

If your going to buy another dual 2ohm sub, you need an amp that is 1ohm stable, those will get down to 1.333ohms. alos you do not need a ton of power to run them, maybe a 800w class d. ir un 1 of those in my wifes altima, with a 250/1 and gain turned down and it is terrific. So maybe an Orion 800d or even that viper.
