I don't know if they're twins as each company has their own spin on things. The MKIII is a definite performer of a sub. It does use the same 12 spoke venezuelen basket and all. BUt so does my Mag and the Brahma but they're not all the same. But from what i've heard of both they are comparable but I've never spent too much time with either, more time with the MKIII but that was in a HT setup.
