I have a Power Acoustik FUBR-12 with a dual 2 ohm voice coil and a LT/980 2 channel amp. Well I went back to best buy and bought the new Power Acoustik FUBAR-12 with a dual 4 ohm voice coil. Will the difference in the ohms effect anything? How should I wire this or what should i do? HELP!

Check your amp's manual. Depending on the wiring, your 4ohm DVC will equal to 8ohms or 2ohms. The old 2ohm DVC equaled to 4ohms or 1ohm.
If your amp is not 2ohm stable, it'll overload.

So now you have two of these subs? Each with different voice coils?
