Hey everyone! Are mb quart amps good sound quality amps? Im thinking of getting one for my infinity kappa perfect comps,before they are all gone. Cuz i heard that mb quart sold out to the Japaneese just like every other good car audio brand out there. Oh yea the amp I was looking at is the RAA4200 model it would put 200 watts to each of my comps,is that too much for them they are rms at 100watts but i know they love power.Thanks.
yes, MB's current amps are nice. They didn't sell out to the japanese - as a matter of fact, I don't know of any popular car audio company under Japanese ownership - they were bought by Maxxsonics - makers of Hifonics, Autotek, and Crunch. Preliminary reports say design and manufacturing will remain in Germany.
FWIW - some of the best speaker and amp building operations are based in Japan.
