Just wondering what everyone's opinions are about these two. Which is better? In both SQ and SPL?

And what about 15" L7's? Where do they rank with those other two? I have a 98 Dodge Ram Extended Cab, and I'm wanting to make the right choice with new subs. The Eternals I have now aren't doing it for me.

The TSX is an overall better sub than the comp VR. It wouldnt be as loud as an L7 most likely tho.

The treo is probably going to sound better
than a cvr, but SQ is listener dependant.
Of course the box is a bigger factor than the
sub probably is.
IMO the kicker L7 is almost impossible
to make sound anything but loud

so which sub would you all say has the most spl/loudness, but CAN sound at least half way decent?
(maybe 1 step under the L7?)

treo TSX is a good call. put 600-700 watts on it and it will sound great.

RE SX would also be a good choice.
