i got a 15" kicker l7 and 2 12" l7s
the 15" subs spec is Impedance: Dual 4 Ohm
RMS Power Handling: 1000 Watts
Peak Power Handling: 2000 Watts

and the 2 12" are
Impedance: Dual 4 Ohm
RMS Power Handling: 750 Watts
Peak Power Handling: 1500 Watts

i got a kx2500.1 amp the specs are
2,500 watts RMS @ 2 Ohms
1,250 watts RMS @ 4 Ohms
Peak 5000 watts

the manual for the amp says for maximum power into a quad set of subwoofers you will need four ohm single voice coil subwoofers or four ohm dual voice coils and it says doe maximum power into a pair of subwoofers you will need two ohm single voice coil or two ohm dual voice coil subwoofers

i would NEVER put different sized subs even if they r the same brand - it just messes up & they do not imo blend well .

but if its like 2 powerful 15s & u want 2 put 2 10s & set those 2 play uppermids/mids then thats fine ...
