ok i have a hifonics xx-olympus 1000wattrms amp

im trying to choose between 2 diamond d312d4 12"subs or 2 soundstream pacasso 15" subs

they have the prettymuch the same wattage i just wondered which would be the better choice.

i had a d312d4 12" and it kicked azz!!! it hit proble 130db but i was at my local audioplus and the sound stream 15"s were pretty loud.

ok im regestered now anyway my budget is under 200 i dont really want to order off of the internet i dont trust ebay at all. i would rather go from a local dealer so my choices ar eclipse, alpine, audiobahn, diamond, soundstream, rockford fosgate,jl audio, mtx, and kicker. i want preferably 2 subs but if one will do it thats fine. i need a sub(s) with dual voice coils and that are 2 ohm. 1 sub that =1ooorms or 2 subs that =500rms each.

Kicker 05CVR12-2 12" dual 2 ohm around 100.00 each
400 RMS each + your hifonics amp only is gonna put out about 80% of what it says, so these subs would be perfect and thats the only thing i can think of for under 200.00 best of luck!

dont let other people tell you to get other subs if you want the diamonds or soundstream go for diamond audios i've personally heard some d3's and they slam with good sq everybody knows diamond is good. F*ck re everybody has those already in this forum and it seems thats all everybody reccomends anymore. you could wait for ascendant audio to release their new subs.Plus those diamond audios would be good for your amp. I remember i had a diamond audio m3 and that mothaf*cker hit with only 200rms with excellent sq.Go for the diamonds you will not be dissapointed and theyre in your price range.
