are you referring to building a baffle underneath the factory panel, or fiberglassing a new panel all-together?

http://web.njit.edu/~cas1383/proj/Glassing1/index.htm

read up on that...il tell ya how i think

get plastic thats really slick...cover ya dash.....fiberglass a good portion of ya dash, do a few layers so u can still barley c lines in ya dash...take the mold out and cut the rest off...few more layers...paint it

thats my educated guess
