Which eq? Audio Control EQT or a Phoenix Gold 232?

Which eq is the better of the two? both are 1/3 octave eq's. The Audio Control which requires two separate units or the Phoenix Gold which has both left and right intergrated?

How much more is the pair of Audio Controls going to cost you? Also you will want to get a closely matched set of those, so the PG may be a more practical option.
