nah man...that stuff is junk. You could get a much better amp for that price. Go on e-bay and get a MUCH better amp for that price. Notice how they are putting a lot of the details onto the looks of the amp? With that amp, you will be extremely lucky if you even get 100X2, and then again, that's only if your lucky.
