i currently have a kenwood kac 9102d amplifier (500W x1 @4ohms and 850W x2 @2ohms) powering two kenwood kfc w3009 (12" 400W 4ohms) in a sealed box. my speakers and head unit are pioneer. it sounds ok, but i'd like to upgrade at least my subs and my amp if necessary to get more and better sound out of it. i'm looking at diamond d312d4 subs or kicker compVr's but i'm not sure if i should keep my current amp or get a new one. only reason i'm debating on keeping my current is budget is tight and can't blow $400 on a new amp. any recommendations?
sell your current system and tell us how much u would like to spend also i would only buy 1 really good sub rather than 2 decent subs how about a kicker kx600.1 and an alpine typeR in a ported box comes out about 350$ on ebay new excluding the box
