Posted on Some people or companies (Crutchfield) state it is better to overpower a sub a little than under power it. Is this too much?
2x Rock Fos P212S4 12inch 4ohm SVC 200 RMS/400 MAX.
1x Pioneer GM-D510M 1000W Mono Class D Power Amp
Continuous Power (4 ohm) 300W x 1
Continuous Power (2 ohm) 600W x 1 <----
I would wire the 2x subs parallel for 2 ohm load ~ basically 300W rms to each sub.
Are RF P2's underrated? How much RMS is ideal? |
