wut is better--PAIR ALPINE SWR-1242D 12" Sub Type R New Subwoofers X2s or ECLIPSE SW9122 12" TITANIUM SUB WOOFER IN SUB BOX used. Also, wut is a better value money wise??

eclipse hands down if u can afford it all. But its going to be cheaper to run and buy the alpines although i would say the 2 Tis will take the other two in every possible way except cheapness
Eclipse would be quit a bit louder than the Type-R's. But it depends on enclosure. Sealed Ti VS. 2 Type-R's in a ported box, Ti won't be as loud. But put the Ti in a good ported enclosure, and yes, it's much louder than the Type-R's. And the Ti will last longer...
