Well i am about to order my idmax today(I know that image dynamics are held back). I currently have 2 12" alpine type e's(aren't rally THAT bad). I just want to make sure that a single 12 idmax would beat my current sytem in spl(sq is a given). Thanks for all your input guys.
Personally I don't know why you'd care. The Id max is a big step up from type e's, you'll definitely notice a difference. As for your question, the max will probably be louder, just depends, there's a lot of stuff to factor in.
