Does the quality of the wiring really affect the quality of the sound of the subs? I have budget wiring right now and am going to be getting a new car and am wondering if i should get Rockford wiring or something similar. Is it worth the extra $75 to get name brand stuff?
It depends on how good your budget wiring is. A lot of the cheap stuff is just that. cheap. They have a bigger coating on the outside, and they short you in the strand count of the inside wires. Im my opinion, if you can get decent wires for your needs cheaper than a 75 dollar rf kit, I would probably do that. You get the namebrand name, and some of the wires are prettier, but thats about it.
