I'm thinking about running 3 audiobahn immortal series 10's in the trunk of an 92 chevy caprice classic. quad v.c. 2ohm woofers(hold 1500 rms, 2000 max) with a audiobahn a1300hct (1200 watts @ 1 ohm) on each sub. trunk will be ported between the 6x9s. should I go this way or 3 kicker competition 15s and 1 audiobahn A1800hct.

I get the audiobahn subs and amps at what my brother gets them from the distribitor. about 180 a woofer for the 10's and about 275 a piece for the a1300hct amp. which way should I go?
my brother owned an stereo shop, but he died from an motorcycle accident we were in together. My cousin still runs the buisness in his memory.

Go with the kickers if you value your money.

Audiobahn man, with a right enclosure those subs kick so hard!!! But they can be 1ohm load, quad 2 ohm vc, 2 ohm or 0.5 and the a1300hct cant get 0.5....
