Post Number: 1251 Registered: May-05 | the 15" will move the additional air required to reproduce lower frequencies. it won't necessarily play any louder, it just won't have to extend as far to produce a comparable SPL (b/c of the increased surface area). 12" are generally more "punchy" sounding than the deeper reproduction of the 15". that's basically it though (unless you plan on crossing the hz somewhere in the hundreds). |
