Hey guys, SO this is the deal. I have a plye in dash tv set. ( 10 disc changer, radio/audio tunner and the in dash monitor). I have an spl Xl2-820 watt amp. With 2 12in speakers. I hooked up my amp using the battery and ran all those wires and everything.. but my amp the red light lite up (protected) but only when i try to run the audio input wires from my tunner. and i get no sound in my 12s. Please help if you have any idea whats wrong with the amp.

Find out ur amp's ohm stability and match dat to the rating of ur subs. Simple rule.
