Has anyone had any first had experiece with 2 Alpine 10" Type X subs? i currently have 2 CVR12, and was wondering how much diff. the alpines would make? Also i am buying a kx1200.1 to run the alpines where i have some crappy pyramid 1000w amp running the CVR's? Does anyone know how much of a diff, there will be between the new X's with an actual 1200w powering them....and my old system?
you would noticed a big difference, type x's will have better sq, but spl, it would be a close call. imo i would run the kickers with the 1200watt amp and you should hear an improvment right there, then get the type x's if u feel u need them.
