I have a system installed in my gf's 94 Dodge Spirit and when I crank it, my trunk rattles worse than anything I have ever heard in my life. I can even hear the rattles over the sub in some songs!! However, it appears that it is only in the trunk lid. If I hold my hand on it a certain way, it's not as loud. My question is: Would just putting dynomat or something along that lines just on the trunk lid help it out in any ways? And next, how do I measure the lid for the right square footage to buy? thanks guys!!

thanks Muddy, I'll have to check into that. Anyone know where I can get it the cheapest? Futureshop where I live wants $200 CAD for a trunk kit!! I really don't want to pay that much.

not unless you get some World's Strongest Men to help you. lol

that stuff is STICKY, and it does NOT want to come off after it has a roller-tool ran across it.

Get Peel n' Seel. Same exact thing as Dynamat Extreme at a fraction of the cost. A roll is around $13 bucks and I did my entire hatch of my Jeep Cherokee with less than half the roll. No reason to spend the extra money for the name.

Got mine at Lowe's. It's in the roofing section. The brand I bought is acutually called gutter tape. I think Home Depot sells Peen n' Seal.
