Help Me NEW AMp Installtion. AMP Not pusshing.

Deck was installed workes great and amp was done too. Turns on no problem. But The problem is that subwoofers are not loud at all. I mean i can barely hear them. I mean no BASS , CAN hear it very low. All the dials are FULL. Any idea. I mean all the wiring is good. Have messed around with all the dials. Help would be great. 670Mp Pioneer.
