most amps are only 2 Ohm stable, so he'll need to wire the subs in series-parallel to get any sort of a decent load. I never understood why people bother with three subs. I can do just about the same using two with a lot less hassle.
I can believe that but now how do you wire the subs in series-parallel is that were you hook them all up in parallel but the neg & pos is switched on one of the subs?
with three speakers, you can wire in a combination of series and parallel to alter the load.. for example, two of the speakers in series together with the third in parallel to the other two.. it doesn't have to be all series or all parallel with more than two speakers, the same way using two DVC subs, you can wire the subs in parallel or series, and the coils in series or parallel to affect various loads to the amp
