RE SE 10" Enclosure and Amp

I am looking to buy a 10" SE to run off my Xtant 6.1. The sub is rated at 600wrms at 2ohms, and the Xtant is also rated at 600wrms however I've heard that brands such as Zapco and Xtant among others underrate the power outputs of their amps quite a bit. So I am guessing the real output of the Xtant will be around 650 - 700wrms at 2ohms. Is this too much power?

Also, the Resonant Engineering website states that the recommended volume of a sealed enclosure for a 10" SE is 0.65cuft. Does this mean that I construct an enclosure with internal volume of 0.65cuft (without sub inserted) or do I have to take into account the volume that the sub will occupy and make the enclosure 0.65cuft + volume of sub. If so, what volume does the sub occupy?

Any help is appreciated.

No overpowering it a little won't do any harm.
Yes you have to make your box bigger for sub displacement. On their site, it says that the 10" subs takes up .14cu ft each so you should make your internal dimentions .65cuft + .14cuft= .79cuft.
