However, I think it might be broken before it even gets installed. When I opened up the woofer, everything looked awesome at first, and I was highly impressed with the quality of the woofer, it was like a tank. However, upon further inspection I noticed something odd. It looks like at the factory, they glued the surrond on the woofer off centered. So on the left side of the cone, it is flush with the circle, but on the right side the staggered part of the cone is showing like 1/4 of an inch. Its hard to explain in words really. The surrond is firmly glued to the woofer, it just looks weird. I was wondering if this is just a cosmetic thing, or if it is going to greatly affect the woofers output. It just sucks because I was going to have everythign installed on the 24th, and if I send the woofer back to get a new one it might be a long process, and I'll be without a woofer for who knows how long. So, does anyone think its a major issue? |
