I am looking at some relatively realistic price ranged subs - this after racking my mind at w6's and w7's. I thought that for the price the PWE354 is a nice enough sub to start out with, however I don't have any experience with MB Quart and have yet to hear any of their products. I was hoping any of you could shed some light on the subs or alternatives that would be just as good. I found this deal going, and it seemed to be a nice pair up with the amp - I mean for the price I think its quite a deal.

I am open to any alternatives you guys might suggest. I listen to a variety of music, but rap is of course something I do like. I am looking for an SQ sub but still hit relatively hard. kappa-perfect? type-R? pioneer? This will be in a sealed-box probably if that helps at all. I'd like to stay under $800-1000 if possible on both amp/sub.
THANX AGAIN for any help
