I was thinking of getting a pair of subs for SPQ purposes. I want to have SPQ for normal driving but SPL when I'm with my friends. I listen to mostly R&B and HH, but like a mix of alot of music.
Thinking of getting either the:
Alpine 1242D Type R's 500 watt RMS or the Diamond Audio D612D4 600 watt RMS
The Diamond Audios would cost around 200 a piece while the Alpines 120, but I know just because DA costs more doesn't mean its a better product.
Diamond audio make fantastic products. I still have a 15" TDX from them that i am wanting to sell. They are the last years D9 sub and are silver isntead of black. They sounded incredible while i had them. I sold the first one for 325 plus shipping. If you are interested in an amazing sub let me know. I am asking 300 shipped at the moment. They retail for 800 bucks.
