What is the easiest way to cut a perfect, or less that perfect, circle into a box?

close to perfect: use a compass (one of those things that has a pointy end and an end for a pencil).

a little less perfect: nail, string, pencil.

the worst: just draw a circle

perfect: make a computer do it!

Yeah, i need one of those compass things. Also Im buildin a sealed box that needs to be 1.0 cubic ft. My car is a hatchback so i was planning on making a slanted one. so far my diminsions are Height 15" Width 15" Top 9.5" Bottom 14". I'll be using 3/4 mdf and i was wondering if that was close to what i needed.
