Estimate cost. About what is average charge to build a plain ported box to hold 8 subs? I know different dimensions. blah blah blah. But average cost for a large ported box?
what size subs? 12"? that's not a bad price, considering for 8 subs, you're talking about 3 or 4 sheets of MDF minimum, couple tubes of liquid nails, ports, or more MDF if it's slotted, and all the time to draw out the box, measure the vehicle, and make it all fit.. then the materials to cover the box and make it look nice. 500 is fair.
