Pioneer Premier TS-W3002SPL better than Alpine type R's?

But any opinions on this subwoofer? Premier TS-W3002SPL Its 12", 750 RMS I currently have 2 12" Power Acoustik FUBR-12 Would the 2 TS-W3002SPL sound better, be louder...with the same amp? Would 2 TS-W3002SPL be better than alpine Type R's, if they both had a mono amp 1000 RMS supplying them? Can anyone give me a list of subs that are better/louder than the Type R's around ebay price $150-200 each. The alpine type R's are like $130-150 each thanks
