hey first off i would like to appologize to glasswolf with my comments in Radar detectors...

But any opinions on this subwoofer?

Premier TS-W3002SPL

Its 12", 750 RMS

I currently have 2 12" Power Acoustik FUBR-12

Would the 2 TS-W3002SPL
sound better, be louder...with the same amp?

Would 2 TS-W3002SPL
be better than alpine Type R's, if they both had a mono amp 1000 RMS supplying them?

Can anyone give me a list of subs that are better/louder than the Type R's around ebay price $150-200 each.

The alpine type R's are like $130-150 each

thanks

type R's would be much better the the pioneers if your going to go that route...pioneer premier is just good for head units...

Pair of Kicker L7's - around 420 shipped (theres 1 set i saw earlier 2day for 335 shipped and a refurb set for 280 w/free shipping)

Pair of MTX Thunder T8512-44 - around 400 shipped

Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 - around 220 shipped

Rockford Fosgate T1 - around 210 shipped

Diamond Audio D6 - around 180 shipped

alpine type R and kicker compVR are two of the better subs you'll find in their price range
Elevation audio and Ascendant Audio both have good, affordable offerings as well, but are harder to find on places like ebay.
newer subs, and less common.

Hey, GlassWolf, why have I never heard you mention Elevation Audio before? Do you recommend them? Any other rarely mentioned subs on the market you have knowledge of?
Thanks.
