helpin out Unregistered guest | all ebay - Pair of Kicker L7's - usaually around 420 shipped but theres 1 set i saw earlier 2day for 335 shipped and a refurb set for 280 w/free shipping Pair of MTX Thunder T8512-44 - around 400 shipped Diamond Audio D6 - around 180 shipped Alpin Type R - around 130 shipped many others.. id get the type r's and save some cash 2 get a really good amp to give them each about 550 watts rms |

Gold Member Username: GlasswolfWisteria, Lane USA Post Number: 9228 Registered: Dec-03 | two Alpine type R, or Kicker CompVR subs.. 12" or 15" in that price range. you'll want around 300 to 500 watts RMS per sub for those sizes. those subs are both easy to find, and are about the best in the price range. for two subs, get the subs in single 4 ohm coil, or dual 2 ohm coil models. that'll give you a 2 ohm load @ the amp if it's a mono class D amplifier. if you get a 1 ohm stable amp, you'd want a pair of 2 ohm subs, or dual 4 ohm coil subs instead. |
