its meee, mario! Unregistered guest | ok...so i bought 2 12" Type R's...DVC, 4ohms, 500 RMS...and an MB Quart RA1000 mono amp...1000 watts @1ohm...so ill be running the subs parallel and getting a perfect power match... this is the link 2 the subs at crutchfield http://www.crutchfield.com/S-t5e5gUoMJUy/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=500SWR1242&searc h=ALPINE+SWR%2D1242D+Type%2DR+12%22+Subwoofer i dont want to have great subs and amp with perfect power matches...and have it in a bad box...or one thats not a good fit...but i really dont know wut im doin with boxes.. can some1 let me know wut i need?? |

Silver Member Username: Big_osoPost Number: 379 Registered: Jun-05 | Have someone design a enclosure for you and either build it yourself or have your local stereo shop build it. Prefab boxes are not very good at all since all woofers have diffrent properties and require diffrent space. |
