Clipping is more likely with a low powered amplifier because of the tendency to try to "crank it up" beyond the capacity of the amplifer.

No nothing wrong. Im not sure y the amp is clipping. I was thinking that my amp might not perform that well with my stock alternator. Or maybe my settings are off or somthing. What else could be causing this?

Wait...Should i try and bridge the amp and only use one channel? Would that be more effective?
