Im getting the Infinity Kappa Perfects and the 63.7i's in the rear. I was thinking about the Kicker KX700.5 as the only amp for the speakers and a sub (MTX8000). Is this a good idea or should i get a 4 channel and then a mono amp for the sub? Money is a restriction so Im trying to find the best pricing situation without sacrificing too much sound quality.
Also, should a get an alternator if i go with either setup?
the 5 channel amplifiers are a great all in one solution if you want a good system and you're not trying to beat out the Jonses and have the loudest thing in town. that amp should do just fine. as for the alternator, no way to really know till ya try the amp and see if ya have problems.
