i want to get a 1600 watt amp to power 2 L5 kickers and i was jus worried cause im new to systems if the amp any 1600 watt would mess up the alternator

1600 watts RMS is too much for a stock alternator, yes.
It's also too much for a pair of L5 solobarics.

I thought they already answered your question, which it is yes. Just get a reputable brand amplifier that matches the combined RMS and you should be fine. Various posts on this forums have already said the names to get; MTX, Kicker, JBL. I only mentioned those because by the looks of it your subs aren't really high-end so these brands should be more than enough to handle it.

A dual amp kit would suffice. Most come with distribution blocks etc so you dont have to hook each up individually to the battery. Here's an example of one but you can probably find cheaper.
