does adding more subs add more draw from the alternator.

If i add two more subs to my current four will this require more output from the alternator?

All other gear stays the same (Amps, control unit, caps, etc...)

as long as the ohms from the amp doesnt change, it has no effect

absolutely no effect unless you're using channels of the amp you've never used before but i'm guessing this isn't the case.

if you wire them in parallel, you'll drop to a lower load on the amp.
that means more power output which means more current draw.

current * voltage = power
