Hey guys, I'm trying to plan a system for my 1994 chevy silverado. The problem is, as all the speakers are 4x6, I am very limited in my choices. My question is what in everyones opinion is the best 4x6 speakers for my car? So far I have heard the name infinity kappa. However the guy at the audio store I went to said to check out ARC 4x6's that he said had a great sound. So, what does everyone think? Also, I can spend up too 200 on a deck. I will be hooking my ipod up, so it was have that feature. What's the best deck? Right now im looking at a kenwood, but any advice would be great. Thanks guys, Kevin
Kevin, you should be able to buy and adapter that will allow you to put 5.25s in. That would be your best bet, because ovals speakers aren't that great. But if you still use the 4X6, the Infinity's are excellent.
As for a HU, with $200 I would look at Pioneer. You could probably get a p7700MP for around $200 on eBay.
