I was just wondering, if you get a box mad from just a local shop and do not know any specs... what is the box MOST LIKELY going to be tuned to?... btw what is the highest a box can be tuned to?... what what would it look like?... thanks PCE~!!!
no set numbers. most are tuned to about 45Hz if nothing else is specified. they tend to sound rather boomy though. you can tune a box to just about any frequency within the operating range of the speaker and enclosure. 70Hz is about the highest I ever see. 25Hz is about the lowest on average. 35Hz is good for music in general for good, deep bass.
