What happens when a speaker is tuned below its FS

sean Gold Member Username: Insearchofbass Post Number: 3339 Registered: Jun-04	Posted on Tuesday, July 19, 2005 - 16:49 GMT I wanted to know the effects I would have if i tuned my sub to 25 hz when it has a 35 hz fs its in an abc box now tuned to 32 hz and seems to do it ok but the output is 3 db down

The effect would be a lot like playing the sub without any enclosure.
