When I turn my car off with the stereo on, my subs put out a loud hum that lasts about 10 seconds. If I turn the deck off before shutting my car off there is no problem. Any idea what the problem is? I am running 2 12" subs in parallel for a 2 ohm load powered by a kenwood class d mono block 1000 watt 1 ohm stable amp connnected to the stock deck via a high to RCA converter. PLEASE HELP!!!!

the problem is probably that LOC you're using and the high level inputs.
I'd suggest instead of using that, look at PAC's OEM-1 module for adapting a factory stereo to an aftermarket amplifier.
it uses a T harness to connect behind your radio to the factory harness, and gives you RCA level outputs and a remote trigger wire with individually adjustable gain levels for each RCA channel at the module.
much cleaner way to drive an amp with a stock deck.
