I am going to be purchasing either 2 12 inch power acoustik mofo subs, each handling 1200 watts rms, or i will be getting 2 15 inch subs. although i dont know at what omage these are. if someone knows what they are at 1, 2 and 4 ohms it would help.
my main concern is what amp to get to power these. i want an inexpensive amp such as hifonics, soundstream, that type of price rrange, but i honestly dont know if i should rn 1 amp or 2. if someone has some ideas i really wuld like to hear them.
i kniow alot of you dont like power acostik, but they have an amp that they said when icalled them would do the job. it is the a3000db, but i was worried that its thd is .5, i know thats pretty high, but i dont know what the difference is or what affect that will have versus a .07 etc. thd. thanks for ur time guys, i really appreciate it.
