Odd? Explain this hookup please..

Justin Silver Member Username: Subzer0 Richmond, KY USA Post Number: 213 Registered: May-05	Posted on Monday, July 11, 2005 - 05:50 GMT my amp ( rockford p5002) is a 2 channel amp i'm supposing ( reason for supposing is listed below ). it's like this. + - + - [][][][] now i'm confused about how the guy I got to hook my subs up... actually hooked them up. I ran two 15" aw1571se's off it and they were hooked up like this + - + - \|\|[][]\|\| meaning he had 2 cables going from one positive outlet to a positive and negative on one sub and 2 cables coming from one negative outlet on the complete opposite side going to the other subs positive and negative.. how/what is he doing? if needed i'll draw a pic to better explain this but I mean he didn't even use the + or - in the middle of the other two and I thought you had to use a + and - for each positive/negative on the sub.
