You'll need a power inverter because they run off AC. It isn't worth it. They might sound great in your house, especially with your computer, but with your car's stereo system(I'm assuming) they won't sound as nice.

No they have no sub Juelz. No i have an old radio system in my car and i recently transformed a cd-rom into a car cd player (was quite easy) but the problem is that i need some speakers with a jack to connect to the front of the cd-rom

Ahh...so in essence, you're going to have a low-volt out anyway. Does the radio have an RCA aux-in? You could get a cable that converts the headphone jack into RCA and possibly even just hook that up to an external amp or headunit.

yeah so it really isn't worth it. You wont have much low end, and the music will sound empty.
