I have a Adrenalin bandpass box http://cardiscountstereos.com/catalog%20page.asp?Product+%23=ADRBP12E i order some (2)diamond audio 12 with 500rms going 2 each
what is best have the subs reversed (downfiring) with the ports venting the front of subs or the other way?

And for best sound how should i place the box ports facing trunk,up,backseat?

If i take plexi off with subs facing out, overall sound would be louder but it the bass going to be hitting hard?
i could have it anyway but i want all my systems potenial! answer any part

Get your self a SPL sound level pressure level meter, they don't cost much around $24.00 they sale them all over the town and a CD test disc with calibration test tones like spot frequencies and sine wave sweeps, etc, etc, etc.

This way you will discover the best position for the sub bass.

Firstly set the SPL at the middle of the car close all the doors and shut the windows too, play a spot frequency say 20Hz 30Hz and 40Hz etc though to 80Hz and then re-positioning the sub bass and repeat the test all over again.

Good luck
