Bronze Member Username: Jb502Omaha, NE Post Number: 31 Registered: Jun-05 | I am picking my truck up from stereo west in about 1 hour. it has been in the shop all day getting a custom box made. I removed my back seats in my ford f 250 extended cab. The box with have 2 12 inch alpine type r's firing downward. The amp (alpine mrd-m1005) is going to be flush mounted on the driver side. The top of the box is going to be 3/4 inch plexiglass, allowing me to see the back of my subs. This will look awesome. And It should be loud also. The downfiring subs are supposed to be better in a truck. I guess i will find out. I will post some pictures, actually some vids, since i have a video camera tommorow, which is saturday. Anyone have a setup similiar to this. |

It is done now. and i don't know how to tell you this, but the PLEXIGLASS ALONE was 100 dollars. so there is no way you could do it for 100 or less. Plus it took the guy from 9 am to 7:30 pm. And it sounds awesome. It is ported. I love it. I just need some neon it for when i am showing it off at night. |
