I wasn't sure if I should post this on the amp forum or here so I will probably post on both. My problem is that I currently have a set of infinity kappa perfect in the doors of my mustang. They are 4 ohm and I have a Rockford fosgate amp 851x which is 110w x4 at 4 ohms or 215w x 4 at 2 ohms. Here is where the problem comes in. I want to put in some rear speakers. I'm looking at some new infinity coaxial for the rear that run 90 rms at 2 ohm. They are 6 x 8. I know that oval speakers suck but I decide whether to put in 6x8 or another set of perfects. I prefer a surround effect for my sound stage. I also know that 6x8 oval are not the best to get due to their shape. That being said is there any way to use a single amp to run both sets of speakers. The front are 4 ohm, the rear is 2 ohm. Are there any other solutions. I'm open to anything. I'm also worried about the speakers sounding well together. Thanks for the help.
Kyle
