I am confused If a ported box is tuned to a certain frequency like 30 Hz does that mean the Subsonic Filter also has to be set to 30 Hz or can you set it lower?I also tried setting the Filter to 15 Hz and my subs didnt play that hard at all.

you need to set your subsonic filter about the same frequency as your tuned frequency...if not the sub will get over excursion...thatll kill a sub!!!
