If anyone is interested in building a horn, try this out:

http://home.ripway.com/2005-6/340067/HornDesign.zip

I just built it this morning and I'm not planning on building another enclosure until I'm sure of the dimensions of the car I'm buying. I can't promise super great results, but I have followed the methods and formulas of others who have achieved great results. If you do try it, let me know how it sounds.

BTW, I'm going to add TL's, Snailshells and all of the 1st-5th order enclosures in the next couple weeks.

The mouth is the end of the port on the front face of the box. Good results are generally achieved when you use about 40% of the cone area for the mouth.
